A healthy hair gives a great appearance. Hair problems however do not cause any physical troubles but a lot of mental problems for most people. But when detected early, hair problems like hair fall, thinning of hair, graying, hair end splitting can be treated naturally. About 40 strands of hair falling daily is normal. Hair falling and growing is a natural process. However, more than 80 strands per day falling needs attention.

Natural Hair Care
- Amla is great hair nourishment
substance. Use amla based hair oils. - Soak hibiscus flowers in coconut
oil and use the oil atleast thrice a week for a dark healthy
hair. - Drink lots of water daily.
- Diets rich in iron (spinach),
zinc(wholegrain flour), copper(cashew nuts, pea nuts, beans
and milk), vitamins B,C & E (fresh fruits, vegetables, citrus
fruits) are good for hair. - Use coconut oil regularly for
a dark thick hair. - A paste made out of fenugreek
and water should be applied on a regular basis on the scalp
and socked for 30 minutes to prevent hair fall. - Castor oil and almond oil also
prevent hair fall. Hair should be treated regularly with a mixture
of castor and almond oil to reduce hair fall
