seperate hair in half down the back. Clip right part of hair or place over shoulder to keep it out of the way.

Take a 1" part above left ear and twist toward back of the head. Hold twist with other hand.

Add another part of hair and twist. collect and twist hair until all hair is added on left side.

Give part a few more twists. Clip left side up with other hand.

Repeat steps 2-4 on right part of hair. Collect parts of hair into ponytail at the nape of neck. Secure with a barrette or an elastic band.

A variation of this style is the Braided Roll. seperate hair into three parts. Follow steps 2 and 3, but leave center part untouched. Begin braiding twists by crossing left twist over center part of hair. Then cross right twist over center part forming the Basic Braid . Secure with
an elastic band.
