Hang head down and comb all hair toward the ground. collect a wide part of hair from nape of neck.
Start the French Braid , working from neck down to crown of head.

This style is created by following steps 1 and 2 and continuing the French Braid until all hair is added. Finish with the Basic Braid. Tuck tail back into French Braid and secure with bobby pins.

Stop after 4 to 5 rounds of braiding

Make the basic braid without picking up additional hair to make sure French Braid does not come undone.  Secure with an elastic band.

Put the head up straight and collect together unbraided hair together with braided part high on head. Twist collected hair in one direction.

Continue twisting all the hair and coil around itself.  Tuck ends under. And secure with bobby pins
