Split the hair into three equal parts. Hold the outer parts with your thumb and index finger as shown. Hold the center part between the middle finger and index finger of your right hand.

Rotate the right palm anti-clockwise and make the right part as the center part and now the previous center part would become the right part by moving previous center part over to right hand, holding it between middle finger and index finger of right hand.

Rotate left palm toward the ground, crossing left part over center part. Move center part over to left hand, hold it between middle finger as index finger of left hand. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until 31 hair is braided. Secure elastic band.
